| The Collard House The three dining rooms in The Collard House, usually referred to as The Front Cabin at The Homestead on 19th, are all furnished in English Victorian and American Colonial antiques. The dining spaces are arranged around a central "dogtrot" hallway that invites diners into a gracious Southern Pioneer home. The East & West Cabins The East and West Cabins are intimate spaces that boast original fireplaces and local art. The facing dining rooms are designed to function independently or jointly for elegant dinners, casual parties and meetings and can seat up to 26 guests each. The Gallery Spanning the back of the Front Cabin is The Gallery, an airy windowed porch that looks out over The Courtyard Garden. The Gallery, which can seat up to 40 guests, can be used for formal or informal luncheons, parties and dinners. When utilized in conjunction with the East and West Cabins, The Gallery serves as an excellent Party Buffet room. |
| Outdoor Dining Outdoor Dining at The Homestead on 19th is available year-round, weather permitting, and is a perfect option for casual parties, luncheons, dinners, weddings or receptions. |
| The Courtyard The Courtyard provides the perfect venue for casual dinners, luncheons and parties. It is also available for weddings and wedding receptions. For larger gatherings, The Courtyard can be utilized in combination with the Dunlap Cabin's Back Porch and Back Courtyard. The central location of The Courtyard and its easy access to both The Dunlap Cabin and The Collard House make it an excellent choice for indoor/outdoor garden parties, weddings and receptions of 200 guests or more. |
| The Front Porch The wide, azalea-banked Front Porch has become a favorite spot for Sunday Brunch guests, who are referred to locally as "The Front Porch Crowd." The Front Porch is designed to accommodate small groups and seats up to 16 guests. |
| The Dunlap Cabin Usually referred to as The Back Cabin, The Dunlap Cabin is designed specifically for hosting private parties and intimate dinners. The log-beamed room boasts 16-foot ceilings and its original fireplace mantle. The cabin seats 16, with room for an additional six guests on the adjoining back porch. The Dunlap Cabin is a favorite spot for rehearsal dinners, showers and corporate meetings. Private dinners and smaller pre-planned events are welcomed in the Dunlap Cabin, as are regular guests when events are not scheduled for the space. |
| The Dunlap's Back Porch and Back Courtyard Located behind the Dunlap Cabin Dining Room and adjoining The Courtyard is the Dunlap's Back Porch and Back Courtyard. This intimate space includes a covered porch that seats six and a walled patio space that can seat up to 12. This area can be used as overflow space for gatherings in The Courtyard or the Dunlap Cabin and is also a favorite among our guests who enjoy small dinner parties and intimate conversations |
