The best product I have for so far for face job. My face skin is getting much brighter.My brother showed me how it helped his face, that is why I bought it. And now I am a big fan of Foreo.

For most of my life I have just washed my face with soap and water in the morning/taking a shower and before going to bed. Of course, I used sunscreen and occasionally would use generic lotion and never thought much about changing my routine - but the Luna 3 for men – has changed my mind. It’s a nice compact/portable way to quickly clean your face (or any other body area actually) regardless of skin type. It left my face feeling freshly scrubbed and “tightened” with a nice glow, something my soap and water regimen does not do. Also, I have a beard and mustache and that was not an issue when using. I am looking forward to seeing the longer-term benefits and would certainly recommend.Packaging is nice and there is nothing to assemble as unit comes ready to go. I did charge it before trying, using the provided 18-inch micro-sb USB cord (no AC plugin provided). While charging I downloaded the Foreo app (came with an insert that supplies QR code to scan). Also comes with a card giving basic instructions and info regarding the device.The app will walk you thru syncing your device with your phone/app. The app is well organized and provides a lot of information about using the device as well as settings. The device is preset for 4 areas of the face, and you can set the intensity of each area from 1-16 as well as the duration up to 180 seconds. You can set all zones same or have different intensity/length for each so should be able to fine tune to your liking. It comes preset to intensity of 8 and 10 seconds per zone. I changed time to 20.It came with a small bottle (.67oz) of Foreo micro-foam cleanser and a very small tube of serum. I liked the cleaner but didn’t try the serum.Using device is very easy - you just moisten your face; apply your favorite cleanser to your face and start unit. It “stutters” when the time is up and to move to another area. Once done you just rinse your face and device. It is waterproof and can be used in the bath or shower. The silicone touch points feel great and according to provided info removes 99.5% of surface dirt, oil and excess sebum. The use of ultra-hygienic silicon is supposed to help resist bacteria buildup and be 35x more hygienic than nylon bristles.Supposed to last 650 uses between charges but assume estimate is based on default settings – and would differ depending on your settings.The other side of the device has a few small ridges which can be used as a massager and to apply serum, etc.There is a mirror function within the app that works like a selfie and shows you on screen as you use the device. I can’t see using that but others might.2-year warrantyAt 65 years old and never really giving skin care much of a thought, and probably should have, I can honestly say I look forward to using this every day. It leaves my skin feeling very clean and soft in a way soap and water didn’t. I would give as an example that your face feels like your teeth do after having then cleaned at the dentist. A nice product nicely priced.

Very cool device...My wife and daughter were in awe when I told them I had the opportunity to get this little guy. Apparently FOREO is a very well respected name in the health/beauty field. As a typical dude, my idea of a health/beauty tool is a razor that's not too rusty, so this was new to me.It came in a nice FOREO box along with it's baby sister. Once the main box was opened, each device was very well packaged in sturdy, plastic casing. These are not CLAMSHELL cases... A sharp knife and one simple cut and it opened very easily. A nice touch over my hated clamshell cases.Once inside, the case had the unit, the charger, a sample of cleanser and simple instructions. Everything you need without being overbearing.Once opened, setup was simple. Scan a QR code, DL the app, turn the unit on (plenty of charge from factory) and you're off. Register the product in the app and you're off. It offered Bluetooth connection (not required) and self guided mirrored or non-mirrored options.One important note, the USB cable is standard at the end you would plug into PC or wall, but proprietary on the end that plugs into device. Good ide to keep track of that little charger.The unit is reported to be fully waterproof and a single charge is said to last up to 650 minutes. Clearly I can not vouch for either claim but no reason to doubt the assertions.After using a handful of times, I honestly think I can feel a difference in my overall skin quality and tone. Very nice little device that I would recommend to a friend.

Opulence for men for a change. I think it would be a massive understatement if I said that I was not incredulous with regards to the Foreo Luna 3. However, the Luna 3 has me vivacious and enthusiastic with the results after only two weeks of everyday use. I am one who battles diet but does workout four to six times a week. I have sensitive skin and breakout easily even now in my early forties. I would not say that I am a quote unquote man's man but I am not one who uses facial creams normally either. For most of my adult life I have worked in management but do tend to spend a vast majority of my time on the ground with the crews. I only preface this information so one might be able to compare skin types and overall exposure to use for those comparisons. I understand that the pictures do not truly give this device the justice it deserves after now an only short extended period of use. But I will supply my attestation that my skin has not ever felt this rejuvenated. I was joking with my wife and called the Luna 3 a vibrating Botox device. I used a basic cleaning regiment and stuck with it in the same fashion for all fourteen days during my testing period. I would start by dampening my face. Then, I would scrub with the provided trial size bottle of micro foam cleanser. I would then do an eighty-second massage using the reverse side. Fun fact the app has a massage tab with a mirror feature. The micro foam cleanser was exceptional, and I would venture a guess as important to the effectiveness of the scrubber’s abilities as the scrubber itself. I would then finish by rinsing and patting dry.Out of the box, the unit feels decently made. The scrubber bristles are taut and do not tear from general pulling. The outer is a silicone matte and is non-slip even when wet and or slippery from the applied applicator. I do have one thing that I almost took a star away for and that is the charging cable and connection port. I cannot fathom why Foreo chose the type of USB charging cable they did. In today's world why did they not choose a USB-C to USB charging cable? As for the Foreo app. I was a bit underwhelmed with the ease of use. The user interface is obnoxious until you get your device fully connected. Pro tip, make sure it is fully charged. Also, the unit will only allow registration to one user at a time. That said, after the app is completely connected the app becomes a pivotal and interesting piece that allows you to tweak your experience.My final conclusion is a bit ampliative, but the Luna 3 is flat out formidable and impressive. I understand the price point makes this a bit outside for most. Even still, I would definitely encourage the consideration.

My initial buy-in to this device was one challenged by skepticism. A facial cleansing tool for hundreds of dollars for me, a man?? Preposterous. But then, at my wife’s behest, I actually acquired this device and have started using it daily. Sure enough, it has changed how my skin looks and feels for the better. I have always struggled with blackheads, especially one’s right above the corners of my mustache and on the bridge of my nose where my masks and glasses interface. I have used exfoliating creams, gloves, and washes to try to mitigate the blackheads in those regions but have had little success. To my shock and bewilderment, this device has made a difference. I downloaded the app on my phone and got the Luna 3 all set up. In using the cleansing mode daily at night before bed, in combination with my normal Dove men face wash and clean pillowcases, I have found that my blackheads are all but disappearing! As for the other benefits of skin toning etc., it is too soon to say for me with only a few weeks of ownership. However, at this rate, I will be highly pleased to see if there is a difference overtime as it has already helped my facial hygiene and complexion! My only tips for Foreo: Make the app a different color then pink and give this a different carry bag than a pink one. I appreciate lower-key, mellower colors and those are too feminine for a cleansing tool for men. For potential buyers, don’t buy this if your budget is constrained thinking that it will utterly change your face overnight. It is a tool to be used in concert with other good hygiene habits but is certainly worth it if you are willing to pay the somewhat hefty price! I’m not one to do much for fine cleaning, typical body wash and shampoo and I’m done. But, I was offered to give this a try for review and I can say my face feels smoother after a week's use, maybe some slight wrinkle reduction, but I don’t think it has to do with the device on its own. The retail package only comes with a single use of the Foreo micro-foam cleanser, but for review purposes they sent a larger bottle. That in combination with the timed application made the difference since I started from nothing. The device is simply a BlueTooth connected vibrating “sponge”. You have to have a mobile device to set up the timing and intensity as there is only a single button for power and pairing. With the app installed you are asked some questions and from your answers it sets an intensity and time for each quadrant. Then from that point on, you don’t have to use the app again unless you want to adjust the settings. A single tap of the button and it starts the routine, unless you are still connected to it by BlueTooth on the app, then you have to use the app to start. It will do a slight pause after each quadrant interval to signal you to move and at the end it vibrates 2 more times and shuts off. Rinse it off and leave for the next session.Considering I don’t normally use a different cleanser for my face, this has helped create a routine that has truly softened my skin and made it feel less oily. But, I feel I could have done the same with a regular, less costly, device and a timer with this micro-foam cleanser. However, the pulsating of the silicone bristles does make it easy and relaxing. The battery claims to have an extremely long usage time as you are only using it for about 60 seconds a day if using only the button. With 650 uses per charge, that is practically two times a day for nearly a year without charge. I also found it odd that it is labeled “for men”, while it is black and bigger than those labeled for women, it came with a pink storage bag, unlike their default picture of a silver bag. It also talks about use for beards, but I think it is more for those that are short haired and closer to the skin.Overall, if you want an easier way to clean the broad areas of your face than scrubbing, this could be what you are looking for. Personally, it feels like some other beauty products in price and claims when you can get similar results without all the ™. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend, but not a bad product if this is the type of thing you want to use.

Im someone who has struggled with skin care regiments since i was a teenager. Acne and skin irritations run in my family and after spending time on deployments in the desert and then returning to the cold weather of Ohio, my skin only got worse. About four years ago, i found out i have eczema and two of my kids have it as well. Needless to say, my skin has been through it. I saw the Foreo Luna and thought i would give it a try. I can say that after using it for several weeks, I have been pleasantly surprised by the results. I initially used Noxzema with the Foreo and then switched over to the cream that came with it. This thing is very simple to use on a daily basis and has some great features when paired with the app. I use it every morning for about two minutes and then at night I do a facial massage. This thing is little, but packs quite the punch. The app is where this thing really shines. You can download multiple programs to use with the Foreo and you can also adjust the time for some of them as well. They have programs for your eyes, chin and jawline and various others as well. The battery life has been really surprising. I generally charge it every three days or so, but I dont think its really necessary to charge it that often based on my usage. I took some before and after pictures, but the before pictures didnt turn out well enough to publish, but i have some after pictures and I can honestly say that my skin is better and i have less irriation as well.

When I opened it up I wasn’t sure what to think about this! I have never seen anything like this before for men anyway. We usually are over looked in this category but Foreo Luna 3..for men brings the clean.I down loaded the app synced the device via blue tooth and began to explore. The app has a guided “mirroring” program that you can use your phone and clean, a massage feature which can go from mild to pretty forceful and there’s a quick break in the vibration when it’s time to move onto the next quadrant of your face. It reminded me of smart sonic pulse toothbrushes in that aspect. Foreo feels good in the hand and is easy to manipulate for cleaning.Foreo says it removes 99.5% of dirt, oil and dead skin…How would I ever know that for sure lol…but I can definitely tell a big difference on just how clean my face feels versus just using hands and soap to wash my face. In addition to hands and soap, I use a scrub brush once a week to deep clean and that does work well but the Foreo does such a better job at really cleaning to the next level. I think it must be the tiny silicone “fingers” for lack of a better word that do the scrubbing with the sonic vibrations to really get into the pores of the skin. I have used it both pre and post shave and I think I almost like doing it before shaving. It seems I get a closer shave when I do that. Plus I use a shaving brush to lather and I like knowing that my shaving brush is cleaner because I just scrubbed off all the dirt with Foreo. The Foreo also is easier to clean than my face brush and dries faster. I also like that its water proof so I can use in the shower.Foreo also provide a sample starter of Foreo’s micro foam cleanser. It’s nice but I will continue to use my own products. Which works just fine for me.I also like the long battery life. Foreo says it can be used 650 times before charing again!!! That’s crazy but I love the charge it and forget about charing it!!!It also looks really slick. I won’t leave it out on my vanity because I’m OCD about that kind of thing but it looks sleek enough that one could.Overall, If your skin is important to you and you believe cleanliness is next to Godliness….Foreo has you covered! The messaging to reduce age lines doesn’t hurt either!

This is the first time I have used a device like this to clean my face on a daily basis. I am really happy with the results. My face definitely feel much more clean and fresh than the usual soap and water wash that I was used to. As a man in my 40s, I have pretty hard beard and I only shave like two times a week, so I get pretty good facial hair in between two shaves. This device is able to give me a very clean feel even when I have too much beard.It has a very good basic design that fits very well in your hand and feels very solid. The silicon bristles are supposed to be more hygienic. These bristles combined with sonic vibrations do a pretty good job of cleaning. It is 100% waterproof. One little "one-time" annoying thing, you have to download the "Foreo" app before you can use the device for the first time. But this is required only for the first time use, after that you can use the device with or without the app. The app is designed well as well. You simply download the app, scan the card that comes with the device and it will automatically recognize the device and walk you through the setup process. The tutorials on the app are helpful.Each use cycle is divided in four sub-cycles. The vibration strength (1 to 16) and the duration (up-to 180 seconds) for each sub-cycle can be changed via the app based on personal preferences.The device came with small bottle of cleanser and a very small pouch of serum. There was a travel bag as well as the charger in the bag. The charger has a unique end point (not a regular USB-C or Micro-USB charger) so you wanna take special care of it and make sure you don't lose it. :)Overall, it is a very good device that is designed and built very well; is very easy to use and leaves you with a clean face and better skin. If you are looking for something to take better care of your face, you won't be disappointed. Recommended!

This is my first-time use of a product like this.As I get older, I figured my skin could use the help. So, when I was offered this to review, I figured why not.It has only been 2 weeks, so I don’t visually see a difference yet. I will say that after cleaning with this Luna 3 my face feels much cleaner and smooth.SET UP and USE:To get started you must download the app and pair the device. The unit will pause after every 15 seconds to prompt you to move to the next face area. I mostly used the default setting during my trial. You can override the default in the settings. Here you can change the amount of time for each section of your face and sonic intensity.I recently went to the settings to turn up the intensity from 8 to 16 (16 is max). Battery lasts forever. The unit spec states 650 uses.To use you simply, moisten face, apply cleanser to LUNA 3 Wet device and push the start button (or start from app). Very simple process in the AM and PM. You can use the app to choose from multiple treatments that you initiate from the app itself, it will guide you through the treatment. (pics attached of treatment choices)Build quality seems very top notch.The silicone sides are slightly different from front to back. One side has the silicone fingers and the other has a smooth wavy side designed more for firming.So, we will see, with more time I look forward to seeing the progress.Side note, if you are looking for a unit without the app connection and just want the basics, try the Mini 2. My wife has that and really likes it as well and it is quite a bit less cost.

I've been trying to get into a more disciplined and aggressive cleansing routine for my face and the Luna 3 does a pretty good job of giving you a fun and automated means by which to do so. The silicone massaging bristles in particular do a great job of helping my face feel a bit tingly and invigorated after use which I definitely like. The only areas where the Luna 3 falls on its face a bit is in how well (or how aggressively) it applies product/cleanser and a bit of a niggle in usability. Still, it's a fun and convenient way to get some appreciable, measurable results when you want to do more than simply wipe your hands across your face and beard with some soap and water. The box includes the unit itself, a small cloth carrying bag, USB charging cable (but no charger!) and some sample facial cleanser. A small LED at the bottom of the device glows when charging and while in operation. The device is Bluetooth and app-enabled so you'll have to download the Foreo app and create an account (yuck!) before you can unlock and start using the Luna 3 (including registration which appears to be required). I thought at first that the whole app experience was making things far more complex than it needed to be, but the app really does help because it allows you to program the Luna 3 for different treatment types (vibration intensities) and duration; it's actually quite extensive but very user friendly. Once you've got the Luna 3 set up for your treatment of choice (the app even has some suggested treatments for various parts of your face), apply a cleanser to your face, wet the unit, start it up, and then move the Luna 3 in circular motions around your forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose. The Luna 3 will make a subtle pause in vibrations and flash the light at the bottom to let you know it's time to move on to the next part of your face. Once you're done with the treatment, the Luna 3 automatically shuts itself off...nice.However, the transition between treatment segments is honestly the one place where the Luna 3 could really use a little improvement in usability. At the default settings, the pause in treatment vibration patterns are so short and so subtle it was virtually impossible for me to tell that it was time to move on...I ended up burning most of my treatment time on 2 or 3 sections of my face before the unit turned itself off again. And because of the way you have to hold the unit while in use, your hand completely covers the flashing light at the bottom so you can't see that visual cue either. A simple tone marking the transition between treatment sections would have been VERY helpful. I ended up changing the vibration intensities between the forehead, cheek, and chin treatments in the app so that the transitions would be more noticeable--and therefore it would be easier for me to tell when it was time to change which areas of my face I was cleaning. But if you're going to spend THIS much money on a product that fancies up an already pretty mundane and simple task, it should at least be more self-evident about the way it is intended to be used (in my opinion). My Luna 3 came with a little information card that suggests you put the cleanser/product on the device itself and then apply it to your face...I do not recommend doing so. If you apply a cleanser to the Luna 3 directly, you're going to end up working most of it into the area of your face you first start treating and very little will be left to go to work on the other areas of your face. What's more, much of the product also ends up soaking down beneath the tips of the bristles and not getting applied to your skin. Based on my experience, you're much better off applying any lotion or cleanser to your face first, and then using a wet Luna 3 to spread and massage it into your skin. One last note...if you're used to a healthy lather with your cleansers, I'm not sure how well the Luna 3 is going to scratch that itch for you. It does a good job of working the product around and shaking up oils and grease from your skin and beard, but the vibrations from the soft silicone tips just aren't vigorous enough to really get a big foamy lather going. Still, the Luna 3 does a very good job of providing an even and consistent facial treatment that feels good and leaves your face clean and smooth. Definitely an indulgence, but one that actually works!

This was recommended by skin influencer James Welsh and although I was a little sceptical and thought it was a little pricey, the results have been extremely good. Very easy to use with or without the app, the device left my skin so clean it squeaked! It's revitalising, left my skin glowing and also is really good for cleaning skin if you have facial hair as the little nodules get through the beard to properly clean the skin underneath. It keeps my skin clear and is a super-quick, really easy way to properly cleanse your skin. highly recommended.

I previously used a Clarosinic Alpha Fit. They don't make those anymore so I had to find something new. I liked how I can program this and that it never needs new brush heads. I don't "feel" like it gets in all the cracks the brush style one does and I also liked how the Alpha Fit vibrated quicker and smaller. This one vibrates harsher and slower, however my results have appeared to be the same. Very pricey though.

It's easy to use and I love that I don't need to worry about its battery at all - I read somewhere that a single charge lasts months, which is a game changer when compared to my old Clarisonic brush that needed to be charged every few days. It also seems more hygienic than a brush as well!

I bought the Luna 3 to replace my Clarisonic because the battery life on it was dwindling. I'm very happy that I found this face scrub. It's super gentle on my face. I use it twice a day and have only charged it once when I first opened it. The app is handy to switch settings and really customize it to your needs.

Out of the box, this seems like a hip/modern product. Great packaging that sells you on this being a premium item, much better than just some plastic shell. This is marketed as being “for men”, but really can be used for anyone, nothing about this sticks out as being needed to be used by a single gender. The included goodies are also puzzling as it comes with a USB charging cord, a couple samples of face wash/serum, and a pink carrying case… just a puzzling color choice for a product made for men.I’ve had an electric face scrubber years ago so I was very interested to see how the technology has changed over the years by using this. I have to admit, I’m wildly unfamiliar with the FOREO brand but when my girlfriend saw this, she was beyond reasonably excited for me as apparently FOREO is a reputable brand.Here is where I dock a star from them. This is YET ANOTHER electronic item that uses an app for setup and usage. I swear my phone now about one hundred apps, about ten I commonly use and the rest are for nonsense like this where you’re required to have an app to use but then pretty much never use the app again, even though I’d use the scrubber more if there wasn’t an app attached. Here’s why…The app makes you login, share your details all that, and now I’m getting multiple emails a day from FOREO which is over the top for a premium item and how many emails do I need about a face scrubber. The app is largely used for setup, it allows you to program a mode where you elect how long you want to scrub each section of your face. It breaks the face down into top, bottom, left and right, and you select the duration you want each scrubbed and the intensity. This is fine in practice but without even using the scrubber yet I have no idea what I want the time or intensity set to so you’ll have a lot of trial and error up front in establishing the one mode you get to use.One your pre-set, customized mode is activated, it’s the only mode you can use until you go back to the app and change it. Having a couple pre-set options would’ve been helpful. The app also has preset “massages” on it where you can elect a massage that lasts a couple minutes and the device will walk you through which area to rub your face as it vibrates. This is fine in practice but seeing as the device is waterproof and I keep it in my shower, past the testing phase I’m never using this feature. There’s no desire to go fetch my phone while I’m showering to do a facial massage, nor while I’m not showering to go to the bathroom and fetch this for a 1-2 minute massage that doesn’t even feel great.Using the device as a facial scrubber is where it shines. The grip is easy to hold even while wet in the shower and I’ve always felt like I’m getting a better clean than using my fingers and less damaging than a washcloth. I have very sensitive skin and psoriasis but this hasn’t been an issue to use. If anything, maybe a placebo effect, maybe not, I’ve felt it makes my skin look better and younger. As a result of use, my skin just looks tighter, but science shows that it should as massages/vibrations draw blood to the area of impact and if you’re drawing more blood to your face/head it’ll naturally appear this way, it’s not ground breaking science.All in all, the effects of use are where this device shines but the puzzling carrying bag and mandatory app with spam emails are where they fall short. Consider this when buying.

I came from using the Clarison brush and was told this was the next best thing. So far so good!
